Disciplinary Actions by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service Keep Members Honest

I read the latest disciplinary actions by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) for January 2014. Some of the penalties may surprise some people considering some of the biggest brokerages were reprimanded for violating a rule or rules.

I have been reading and re-reading the rules to make sure I never ever violate them. It is we designated brokers who set the bar either high... or low.

We are the ones who are ultimately responsible for our brokerage's successes.... and failures including violating rules of the NWMLS.
