Single Listing Websites....Any Benefits?

Single Listing Websites have been cropping up, but as of yet I have not utilized them. Could anyone please explain to me the benefits and/or ways to use these to bring the best benefit in selling a home?

The big benefit is it is a listing tool. makes you stand out on a presentation. I think it might have Google juice benefits too. perssonally, most of that stuff is a waste of money. But boy, I have been tempted in the past!
