The Brookside Condominiums are a beautifully located just west of Hwy 100, and north of the 50th and Vernon Shopping area. Brookside is made up of 4 buildings 4350, 4360, 4370, and 4380. The are on the eastern edge of the public 18 hole Meadowbrook Golf Course.
Brookside also has breathtaking views of Todd Park the Minnehaha Creek headwaters.
Each of the buildings has its own independent homeowners association, which manages grounds, common areas, swimming pool, party rooms, underground parking, etc....
The association fee's are a bit higher ($300 - $450) than some condominiums in the area, but they do include heat, and basic cable, as well as exterior maintenance, garbage, water, sewer, etc...
