If you are a Texas Realtor, you should really consider using Office Max and getting the discount card from the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR). Here is a great example of why I LOVE using Office Max for my color printing and office supplies.
Today I was at my office, creating property flyers and such for my newest listing at 1509 Meadow Ranch Road in McKinney, TX. Since it just hit the MLS today, there is quite a bit to get done. As I was working on it, I got a call from a potential buyer who wanted to see the home this afternoon. Of course, I wanted to get my color copies ready so that when I drove over to show the house I could also drop off the newly created property flyers. I quickly completed my flyers, saved them as a PDF and then uploaded them to www.OfficeMax.com where I could order the quantity that I needed on the paper stock that I wanted. I uploaded the documents - left the office and drove straight to the nearest Office Max - and when I arrived the color copies were already done and waiting for me. (and of course, I use my TAR discount so the prices are great)
I had time to put together my marketing materials and get to the showing on-time. All because of the great relationship that I have with my local Office Max Print Center. Thanks a ton to Jeff, Amanda, and Loreale at the Plano Palisades location! You guys always make me look GREAT!
