Winter is here, has been here and will be here, but not for long. If you are shopping for a home, this is your chance to buy before you are competing with others who wait until spring to act. You would think it's spring in our office Sheila.  We've had clients running out our ears all week.  Agents running over each other in the hallway rushing here and there and I've been pulled in a dozen different "I have a broker question" ways.  I've met everyone's clients already so if I need to step into the deal in an emergency I would be ready and the client would be comfortable with me too.  I've got home at dark thirty and it's begining to wear me down.  On the other hand, it sure is fun having our second million under contract this year already.
