- Notice of Defaults (start of foreclosure) were up 3 compared to last month. No major change as SB321 is still keeping foreclosures down.
- Notice of Sales (house sent to courthouse auction) were up 58 to 190 which is somewhat of a jump but many of these are being postponed due to short sales and loan mods.
- Trustee Deeds (the house sold at the courthouse) were two up from December but still lower than what we've seen in the previous months.
- New REO listings jumped up to 47 but most of these are overpriced and are already starting to reduce price.
