I asked my Broker and he said NO! NO! NO! ;o(

I spoke with my broker several days about advertising in California and he said NO! NO! NO!

I am planning on getting licensed in the State of California and continue to be licensed in Nevada. Well, I mentioned this to my broker several days ago and he said great! Then I asked him if I could advertise with a mail out to home owners in California that I am getting licensed and would like to sell their home ...

He said NO! NO! NO!

He said that before you advertise to home owners in California you need to be licensed in the state of California. He did mention though that I can farm California residents that have homes and or own Real Estate in Las Vegas, Henderson or the state of Nevada.

So Vegas Bob will listen to his broker and not advertise to home owners in California wanting to sell their properties. But as soon as VB gets licensed ... "Watch Out" ;o)

NO! NO! NO!

And Belinda ... Yes my broker is right! He mentioned to me that if I am going to get licensed in California, don't violate the RE laws there and jeopardize your license before you even get there!

Hello Tammy ... Once I get licensed and hang my license in Laguna, I will purchase a condo. I will live in Las Vegas and Southern California. Between the two places it's only a 4 1/2 hour drive.
