Feng Shui Fused with Fashion

We are becoming more familiar with the teachings of Feng Shui for our home, office and new construction projects. Yet the fusions of Feng Shui with other practices is evolving. The National Arts Club in New York City hosted the Fashion 4 Development event that foucused on educating the public on Global Challenges while offering insights into possible resolutions. Evie Evangelou, president of F4D also included a Discussion of Fashion and Feng Shui, presented by Laura Cerrano of Feng Shui Manhattan and completed the night's events with a Lion Dance preformed by Bill Fong's Troups.

There is a lot of respect for Evana Maggiore for she is responsible for researching the combination of Fashion with Feng Shui. Evana pulled from her background as a owner of chain retail clothing stores then switching to private wardrobe and fashion services to 1989. In 1996, she began her studies of Feng Shui and development of Fashion with Feng Shui.

Core principles of Feng Shui and Fashion:

  • The 5 Elements Theory is best when fusing Feng Shui-Fashion
  • Clothing design like nature both have natural rhythm
  • Each element can be associated with a color, season, direction, shape and virtue to enhance the energy of that given individual thought the use of thier wardrobe
  • Understanding the archetypes of each person will assist with laying out the best design to ignite the authentic being from within.

Feng Shui fused with Fashion has the intention of use to help clients become more empowered from the inside out using Fashion Design.

Feng Shui is an art form that can be blended into any professional practice, let that be writing, Fine Arts, Design of Homes, Villages or Fashion, the core principles will always be the same.  To help enhance the energy of people and their surroundings.
