How many people in this world truly make their own choices?

How many people in this world are controlled by parents, teachers, spouses, relatives, friends, news media, government and so much more?

How many of you in this world are searching for that part of "Happiness" that is lacking in their lives?

The Freedom to make your own choices ...

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz has had that Freedom of making his own choices at the very young age of 12.

When VB was 12 years old and decided he was in charge of his own life, this didn't go over very well with his parents. So by the age 14, VB left his parents home and moved 2000 miles away from all family and friends.

VB created his own Freedom to make his own choices and the rest is history. Even to this day VB makes his own decisions and will not let anyone make choices for him. Now don't get me wrong, if a person has an idea or suggestion VB will listen and then decide for himself.

So what has come from VB having the Freedom to make his own choices???

VB my AR friend, I also have been making my own decisions for many many many moons. It is good to be able to listen to the ideas which other folks have, you just don't every know what could come about, and you just might be able to help make even a better idea.

Bob-You have quite the extended family. It is so true what you say about making your own choices and that making you happy. Also when you make your own choices then we are the ones that are responsible for our own mistakes and own them.

Robert, life is all about choices. I have been a psychological therapist and counselor for years. During that time I have met many people with all degrees of making choices. For some, very easy; for others, extremely difficult. Still remember a saying I heard once in class: a donkey died of starvation between two bales of hay; could not decide which bale of hay to go to.

I agree 100% and live the same way, people get so easily influenced by media, government, friends, family. You have to focus on your happiness not others.
