Good morning Jill-no question about it.  Particularly when people put work into their homes that they think everyone in the market will appreciate and in fact, the work and taste is very specific and does not factor into the decision to buy the house.

Congrats on having your blog picked up by a major newspaper! In the sellers market we are experiencing in my area, if a house is not selling, it is usually due to the price. 

Well, this is agents' opinion, and did you really expect it to be different from this? No matter how many times we would say that our objective is achieving Seller's goals, in reality our goals are different.

Ask how tasty acorns are and you might have a warm reception from pigs, but hardly from dogs...

This little rental graphic is getting some high mileage and hope AR rolls out more! But they are easy to make if you plug in the numbers. Know the score! Great post!
