Open House Sunday at This Beautiful Randy Parks Home in Sacramento

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

There is something about vintage homes in Sacramento such as this Randy Parks home that make us fall in love with these homes. Part of it is probably a recollection of our own childhoods, but for those of us who weren't born yet, it brings the past to us like a warm cup of chocolate milk on a cold winter night and marries that period with the present. It gives us a sense of purpose and lets us carry on tradition. Randy Parks homes are also quality built construction, timeless homes of beauty.

This home features random plank hardwood flooring in the living room and hallway. The bedrooms feature refinished oak hardwood. You'll find cedar walls, ceiling and 8 windows in the step-down family room. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1,374 square feet, built in 1951, and it's ready for you to move into -- not one lick of work to do as it's been beautifully maintained.

3401 Saint Mathews Drive Sacramento, CA, 95821, is open on Sunday, February 23rd, 2014, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

Offered exclusively by Lyon Real Estate and your #1 Sacramento real estate agent at Lyon, Elizabeth Weintraub, 916.233.6759.

Hey James, I write about my listings all the time, you probably don't read my elizabeth weintraub personal blog enough to see it. Lots of times, though, I don't have time to write a marketing blurp prior to market date because by the time I get to it, I've already sold the home.

And, yes, to everybody else, the open house was a resounding success. Even in this super tight real estate market, we've received a decent amount of offers. There is probably still time to squeeze in one more offer, if a buyer hurries.
