Looks like 2004 was a very good year.

We are about 106 homes ahead of 2004. That doesn't count all the HUD Homes. The HUD person in our area doesn't keep up with the HUD Pendings and Solds. Overwhelmed I guess.

It looks like this year will be GREAT!!!
