What you should never leave a listing appointment without explained.

Of course, the most important thing to leave with is a contract, so that goes without being said, but here are my six top things an agent should not leave a listing appointment withou.  I like to prep my future clients in advance by asking them to retrieve these items prior to my arrival.  This will save you a great deal of time and aggravation. 

  1. Title policy, speeds up closing.
  2. Warranty deed, proof of ownership.
  3. HOA Docs, should buyer ask for them.
  4. All loan documentation, for mortgage payoff.
  5. Extra keys and alarm code, you need to get in.
  6. Showing instructions for gate or guard entry.                                                                                                                                And there you have it.  I just saved you six extra trips to your next listing and saved your seller a great deal of time and money at their closing.
