Nashville is "Nowville" according to GQ

Nashville Homes for Sale

Forbes Business ranked it as the number five city for business. The New York Times called it the “It” City. A Gallup poll ranked it as a top five city for job growth and business start-ups. GQ Magazine called it “Nowville,” and Rolling Stone Magazine ranked it as the best music scene. Of course, all of these are referring to Nashville. If you live here, you are probably already well aware of the many great things that Nashville and the surrounding areas have to offer, and have been for a long time. Sometimes the media can be a little slow to figure these things out.

There are lots of great homes here. The thing that sets Nashville apart is that there are great homes at still relatively low prices coupled with the jobs and income that will allow people to actually purchase those homes. So, what does this mean for you and for the real estate market? Well, I think it is still too early to attempt to predict the end result, but have you tried to buy a home in East Nashville in the past year? Multiple offers and above asking have become the norm in many pockets of this bustling, and dare I say, booming area of town, and East Nashville is not alone. Belmont, 12 South, Green Hills, Franklin, Spring Hill, Nolensville, and many other areas have also seen significant upticks in price throughout the past year.

The bottom line is something that I don’t have to tell you. You live in a great city, and I know that you don’t need Forbes, GQ or me to tell you that. Stephen and I wouldn’t want to live or practice real estate anywhere else. We love what we do, and we hope it shows.

We appreciate your business, and encourage you to please refer us to any friends, family, co-workers or acquaintances that may have real estate needs. Thank you!
