Three single family homes and one income property sold this past week. The three single family homes were all 2 bedroom homes in the high $500,000 price range and they sold in an average of 10 days and the average sales price for the homes was $571,409. May first time home buyers are looking for 2 bedroom homes price under $600,000. If you are seller and are thinking about selling your home, now is the time.
Buyers looking for 2 bedroom homes in all of 2013, comprised nearly 20% of the market. Many first time home buyer in 2014 will be looking for 2 bedroom homes as a way to get in the Alameda market.
