More Residences and Businesses Slated to Join Green Hills

Green Hills MallThe 37215 zip code, better known as Green Hills to most, is one of the most popular neighborhoods in the Nashville area. For that reason, traffic is almost always a factor to anyone visiting. That also means some of the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars are right here where all the action is. The Mall at Green Hills has long been the destination for designer clothing and high-end furniture. The addition of the Hill Center shopping center just gave everyone more choices.

New Construction Planned

With so many residents and business already located here in the 37215 zip code, many wonder if the neighborhood has reached capacity. Whether Green Hills has reached its limit or not has no bearing on the construction of new condos and office space, which will go forward at the corner of Richard Jones Road and Hillsboro Pike. The structure will be a mixed-use community, complete with residential tower, which will become home to hundreds.

Plans for Growth

The new construction will put even more people in close proximity to the amazing shops and restaurants in Green Hills. The neighborhood is home Noshville, Corner Pub, Parnassus Books, the Donut Den, F. Scott’s, and Greenhouse Bar, just to name a few of the locally owned businesses. Plenty of chain establishments are also located here, like the Cheesecake Factory, Ruby Tuesday, and Carrabba’s Italian Grill. These popular spots combined with the new construction mean home values in Green Hills will continue to rise.

If you’re looking for a new home in Green Hills, you’ll have plenty of styles from which to choose. Many of the houses and condos are new construction, but there are many historic gems sprinkled throughout that will charm and delight. One visit, one viewing, and you’ll know why so many people want to live right here.
