1. Go to Cartavi and create a transaction room. Once logging into Cartavi you go to transactions on the left where the three bars are and hit create a transaction room. You do this by touching the house with the + sign.
2. Save the transaction. Once you save the transaction touch and hold the ID number which has the #with numbers following it. This will bring up the ability for you to email. YOU DO NOT WANT TO SEND AN EMAIL,YOU WANT TO COPY THE ID#. You do this by holding your finger on it until you see select all then select all and copy. Then cancel the email and delete draft.
3. Next go to zip forms.com online using Safari.
4. Add new contract for the name of the contract.
5. Hit the ad forms button in the blue bar at the top.
6. Edit your forms as you would while filling out your contract.
7. Once finished hit view at the top along the blue bar
8. Then hit the email button on the blue bar, hold your finger in the subject line and wait until you see paste then hit paste. The ID number of the transaction room will appear in the subject line.
9. Then email it to your Cartavi email account (your Cartavi email account can be found in your Cartavi profile).
10. Select all the forms and hit email and wait for the email to show up in your regular
email account from Cartavi.
11. Check your email. Note it will say access these documents . Just click on that so it will take you to the transaction room with the forms in it
12. Once in Cartavi go to people on tab at top and in the upper right hit add, and then invite via email.
13. Add your client's name and address.
14. Then hit the envelope tab at the top and fill out the name and subject plus hit add or edit documents.
15. Tap on the ones that you want and they will turn from red to green.
16. Then hit add or edit participants. The participants will only be in there if you invited them through the earlier instruction.
17. Tag documents at the bottom and hit send.
18. Once your participants have finished signing the sign documents will end up in your transaction room in Cartavi.
