Trinity, FL is located south of the SR54 corridor; in the southwest corner of Pasco County. It is the newest and largest area of growth in West Pasco County and the new Trinity Odessa Chamber of Commerce just started there. Trinity is a diverse area of many mixed use complexes and began it’s life in the late 1980’s as a project of Dr. James Gills, the world renowned Cataract and Eye Surgeon. There are single family homes, villas, condos, specific over 55 neighborhoods like Heritage Springs, and business complexes.
Sold homes in Trinity, FL during January totaled 23, ranging from a high of $470,000 for 3,315 sf at The Champions’ Club to $179,900 in Wyndtree for 2,067 sf.
Average sale price was $286,762 and the average list to sold ratio is 97%. It took 129 days (average) to get to contract and 174 days to get to closing.
There are 77 homes Pending at this time which should make for a great February. These range from $1,050,020 to $120,000.

Trinity, FL has the same zip code as New Port Richey, FL but is a separate community. Several elementary schools have been built there and a large apartment complex, Trinity Club, opened about two years ago.
