Not too long ago, a client of mine called and asked me for a favor. She was looking to get support for a portal that allows realtors to post their homes on a site, by letting the consumers call an 800#, listen to the audio tour, describing a home in their area. They would then go to a site, fill out a detailed "lead", for a follow up.

The realtor/lender could then log in, post the listing, so a networking lender/realtor could find a match for the lead in question.

Grass roots marketing is used to put up signs, for FSBO, or whatever realtor is sponsoring this campaign.

I think that this is a very effective way to get the two forces together, without all the pressures of you scratch my back, etc.

I am sure that this is not new but it can be instrumental when looking for a custom campaign
