Maintenance Free Living in Gondola Park

Affordable quarterly maintenance fees for residents in Residences at Gondola Park subdivision are $850 and $1024 for residents in Courtyards at Gondola Park. You will enjoy the pool, tennis court, library, club house without paying extra fees for your active life style. All other maintenance has been taken care of. You may lock up your unit and go for vacation without any worry.
