HOME & HEALTH- consider this- 1) create the spending plan 2) set the priorities 3) review boomer and older adult products 4) schedule upgrades- and keep in mind- energy efficiency, natural light, indoor air quality, non-toxic paints, enjoyable living spaces that also will be marketable should you decide to move.
