Sold Kauai REO Properties for February 2014:

1. Hale Honu #5A, Princeville. This is a 2 bedroom1 bath condo that was for sale, then pulled off the market. It was put back on the market on 1/13/14 and an accepted offer was entered on MLS on 1/17/14. Servived by Specialized Loan Servicing. Listed for $201,500 & sold for $252,000 cash on 2/14/14.

2. 4386 Olali St, Hanapepe. 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Port Allen. $365,000 MLS #267874. Owned by Bank of Hawaii. Sold for $365,000 on 2/7/2014.

3. Kauai IRS Seized Property: Prince Kuhio Unit 201, Poipu. 1 bedroom 1 bath out dated condo with view. Not on the Kauai MLS. The auction date is 12/19/13. There is another open house this Sunday 12/15/13 from 11:am to 2:00pm. Brochure link. This sold for $215,000 on 2/4/2014.

I got 3 new REO assignments in February after months of not receiving any. One is a cute house in Wailua Homesteads, one is a Poipu condo and one is a house in Hanamaulu. The house in Wailua should come up for sale in mid April. I’m unsure when the other properties will come up. It usually depends on occupancy.
