Orange County Median Price Is Up Now to $570,000
According to The Orange County Register this morning we are now at $570,000 as the median price for a home. We have been seeing the median price rise from 2012 to today. As long as there are more buyers than sellers this trend is likely to stay the same.
This is a very positive trend for so many families in Orange County that have been severly hurt by the mortgage melt down. They should be very happy to see the prices once again improving.
