Easter BunnyI wanted to wish all those who read my little ponderings a very Happy Easter. Whether you are of faith and this is the day remembering the risen Christ or you just enjoy this time of year as a part of the world turning toward spring, I wish you well in having a nice celebration.

Whatever your beliefs, I think Easter teaches us many things about life. There are mysteries in life which we cannot explain. There are revelations that occur to us that surprise us. We are asked to believe sometimes without proof. There are great joys given to us if we only open our hearts to them. Simple acts of love and kindness can make a dreary day shine brightly. There are messages of hope and to fear not out there, if you will only listen to them. The storms of life cannot wash us away if we build our house on a foundation of rock.

If transported back to that first Easter Sunday I think it would give me chills. Conquering death. Feeling the pain of seeing someone die to seeing them alive again. It's like dead winter plants coming back in the spring full of color and alive again.

And now "knowing" there is more to the story.

Happy Easter, one of my favorite holidays

copy and paste this and pass on the joy

Easter holiday, is a celebration of the resurrection of Christ!
Jesus Christ, The Son of God, bled and died for us in a sacrifice.

This Spring day's celebrated, generally in the month of April.
All of the bright and pretty colors, of the Easter outfits with frills.

Women and children will wear their Easter bonnets.
In the Spring, you'll hear the various musical sonnets.

April will bring many rain showers.
That'll bring us various beautiful flowers.

One special flower for this day is the Easter Lily.
It's color is white, and yet snowy & milky.

The birds will sing their songs of praise.
As we begin to feel the warmth of the sun's rays.

As we say "Goodbye" to the winter's gloom,
The flowers and trees have already begun to bloom.

All of life's beauty, The Lord created, for us all to share.
Spring breezes begin to flow, sending fragrances through the air.

The winter's thawing will let the rivers, lakes, and streams rise and flow.
The beauty of the Earth will make us all feel aglow!

Farmers and gardeners will start to hoe.
And then they'll begin to sow.

On Sundays, we'll hear the various church bells ring.
Let's be grateful for the LORD, let's rejoice and sing.

If it wasn't for the Lord, we wouldn't have anything!

Jesus' death and ressurection is a slap in Lucifers face......

The poor angel...... all he has NOW to look forward
to is eternal punishment...

Gary, Thank God for our risen savior!  As my husband had to work today and our children are off seeing the world I have had a very reflective Easter.  Amazingly one of the most spiritual Easter's that I have ever had.

I have spent lots of the day studying his word.  I have to wonder would I be one of those people that were yelling Hosanna in the highest and then a day later crucify him.  Thank God that we are on the other side of the cross and he paid for our sins once and for all; so I can just let that one go.

My angel cloud picture was taken last summer in Galveston.  I just thought it looked like she was pouring down from heaven.

I hope you are having a wonderful Easter!

Marchel: Glad to hear you had a special Easter on your own and it was spiritual for you. The truth shall set you free you know. What an awesome angel cloud picture. It's amazing how nature forms those things. I've had a great Easter. Take it one day at a time always and see what surprises are in store for you. I'm glad you are out there with your wise thoughts for all of us from the lovely town of Spring.

Gary, I hope you forgive me for all the time passed without to keep in touch with you. But great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.

Bunny

The Easter is gone but let me send you my warm thought and wishes: Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth.

Your Friend,

Arina
