I thought I would mention in my viewing of the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament the National Association Of Realtors has a pretty solid ad campaign going.  They are certain putting the correct emphasis on the amount of great options for buyers and pointing out that its the best time to buy in years.

I know I have a couple on the fence buyers that are watching this pretty heavy so hopefully them and other buyers start getting the message about the GREAT MARKET we are in. 

I work with mostly buyers and my pipeline is starting to flow. I believe that I can keep in going and will have my best year ever in 2008! 

Is anyone else in ActiveRain land watching this NCAA's...what do you think of the ads?
