311 Homes Sold, Ranging from a low $14,500 for 420 sf to a high of $970,000. for 4,187 sf on the waterfront in Harbor Isles. Average Sold: $96,607. The sold prices averaged 93% of listed price. And, on average it took 90 days to get an accepted contract.
Pending or Active With Contract: There are currently 1,018 homes. Ranging from a high of $1,050,200 to a low of $9,000. Average under contract listed price is $109,179. With an average 101 days to go under contract. Pending and Active With Contract prices cannot be discussed due to confidentiality rules.
And on the market at this time: 2,297 properties. Ranging from $14,899,999 for 84 acres on the Gulf of Mexico to $1,500. for a 644 sf condo. The average listed price is $158,246.
Home sales have slowed down a little probably due to the winter weather up north. As soon as they can dig out and head to Florida things will pick up.
