It's not to hard to get started with the BPO's, you just have to know what Companies to sign up with. The hard thing is getting with the companies that convert the bpo's into listings. I don't mind to send anybody (especially RE/MAX Agents) outside my area info on the companies I use, I will email the information to you. Royster and Coleman, I will get yours to you when I go back to the office after the weekend. Thanks and Good Luck!
At least you got some money coming in now. If your prospecting was working you wouldn't have needed to go out or you would not have worried about it.
Sounds good to me....I am just learning about this way to make extra money and could have used this eariler this year.
I am also a RE/MAX agent. Could you please let me know which BPO companies you have been using. I hear Clear Capital, Protek, and Safegaurd are good. Any others that I should sign up with?
Thanks for all the great posts on BPOs REO and Short Sales. I really appreciated every in Active Rain being so forthcoming!!
