Holland, Ohio is a beautiful community of mostly single family homes located in Northwest Ohio.
The Village of Holland-- Located in close proximity to the major metro areas of the Midwest, Holland is just one hour south of Detroit, two hours west of Cleveland and four hours east of Chicago.
The Village of Holland is located close US 23/475 for easy access to I75. The Ohio Turnpike has an interchange just three miles west off Rte 2 t from Toledo Express Airport or in adjacent Maumee, OH. Norfolk Southern operates a double track main line which today carries over 100 trains.
The Village is currently working with Springfield Township to develop an historical rail park in this same area. A caboose has already been purchased for the park.

What's the Neighborhood Like? The homes you would expect to find for sale in Whisperwood generally going to range between 1800 and 3000 square feet. Most of the homes were built by Dick Loeffler and James Johnson back in the early 2000. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built in 2010. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it's not uncommon to find homes that have extensive finished basements adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a four bedroom layout with some homes putting the master bedroom on the main floor.
