The Sunseed Food Coop is a GREAT natural food option on the Space Coast. Located in Cape Canaveral at 6615 North Atlantic Drive, I found the Sunseed Food Coop recently while driving south on Atlantic after showing property in the area. What a find! As many of you know from my previous blogs, I have been trying to incorporate more organic foods into my diet and the Sunseed Food Coop is a great place to do just that! I have found things like hemp hearts, organic vegetables, goji berries, brown rice flour and other hard to find items at reasonable prices. In fact, the Sunseed Food Coop reminds me a lot of the Vitamin Cottage stores that I used to shop at back in Colorado.
You can join the Sunseed Food Coopon an annual basis for $50 per year and get a discount, or purchase on a buy as you go basis.
The Sunseed Food Coop hours are:
Monday through Friday: 9:30am - 7:00pm
Saturday & Sundays: 10:00am - 6:00pm
