I use a Sonoma Enterprises product, Active Agent for Outlook. I like it, but they lack a real good users manual so I am slowly figuring out all the bells and whistles on my own.

I just bought Eurekaware.  i would like to hear from others that use this program to see if they have any campaigns or other tricks that they would share.

He is talking about Pat Zaby, just google him. He teaches at national real estate conventions everywhere. He has many add on's. I've been following his newsletter for years. Free tips, and the class is well worth it.

What functions did the add-ons provide or help you do in a better way?

I just came from the Pat Zaby web site (thanks Missy) -  I've heard of him before and it does look like he offers a comprehensive training module - Unfortunately it doesn't come to the east coast this year - Also not sure he will talk about Add ons... I've heard of Eureka and Sonoma - Eureka seems to be more cost effective - May be worth trying!
