I have posted a market report on growth in Carbon County and it would follow that this area should also be experiencing similar soaring grwoth.  However, while there is some new construction in progress at Big Boulder & Jack Frost Mountain Ski areas as well as the golf course at Split Rock it is not actually even close to booming.  Many more units are planned at these locations but the overall market slow-down seems to be hitting here hard.  New unit sales are way off and even open houses at the locations do not seem to attract more than the occaisional passer though.  I suppose most of the carbon grwoth is still in Penn Forest Township rather than Kidder Township.  This will change, the question is when?
