I have lived here for 8 years and I can't say enough good things about the area - it's easy to get to, the schools are phenomenal, the people are friendly, there is much natural beauty, shopping is close by, the lakes are great for swimming and other recreation and we have a great selection of restaurants.

We are located on the east side of the Hudson River in the Northern Hudson Valley. We are south of the Adirondacks and Lake George. We are very close to both Vermont and Massachusettes.
