We saw 27 straight months of increases in home values in Queen Creek Arizona since the market bottomed out in 2011.  Then, January 2014 arrived and we saw the market flatten out. Today we have a market that favors Buyers.  This is because of the age old  Supply and Demand Factor.  There are currently more homes on the market than there are buyers.

2014 began with a whimper as demand from buyers fell off to historically low levels. Sellers, who went AWOL in 2013, showed up but the increased selections of homes for sale had little affect on the buyers.
