The Taste of Downtown bi-annual food event is this week (March 10-16) in Harrisonburg, VA. 
Over 25 of our local restaurants are featuring specials in honor of Taste of Downtown, which is sponsored by the Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance and several area businesses.
There are five categories for specials--sweets, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Below is a list of the specials at the various Taste of Downtown restaurant locations.
A few of the specials are particularly catching my eye right now even though I just eat lunch: The 20oz latte and scone for $4.50 from Court Square Coffee, the three-course dinner at the Local Chop and Grill House for $36, and the $1 off any Hearth Bread sandwich at Bella Luna.
Supporting our local culinary industry is a great way to support our thriving downtown community! We have a lot of great food options in our friendly city.
