Sight Unseen or Site Unseen? What do you think?

Oh gosh, I think it is site, isn't it????

Well... I do think it's site unseen; however, I did sell a home to a buyer and his wife purchased the home with him sight unseen!!!

I think every property needs to be seen by all parties involved in the sale. I don't care how much a spouse thinks they know their better half, in my professional opinion, both parties need to be involved in the decision making process.  

I have to say sight...because they have not seen it yet...but either kinda works for me.

Loved this post, ironically because I work with a lot of International buyer often times they only look at a property from Google Earth, my pictures and or videos of the property. Now getting back to your question. Check out this link:

Hi Georgie, your photograph gave a hint of Sight Unseen. Anyone who buy any property sight unseen are willing to take the risk.

I had a man purchase a house for his wife in October and gave it to her as a Christmas present. Did not tell her about it...just put a red ribbon on the door 12-25 and said..Surprise. Sight unseen!
