Bridgeport, CT — March 11, 2014 – Gail Robinson, a real estate agent with William Raveis Real Estate, who specializes in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport has received the 2013 All Star Award from Constant Contact^®, Inc., the trusted marketing advisor to more than half a million small organizations worldwide. Each year, Constant Contact bestows the All Star Award to a select group of businesses and nonprofits that are successfully leveraging online marketing tools to engage their customer base, and drive success for their organization. Gail Robinson’s results ranked among the top 10% of Constant Contact’s international customer base.

In her 10th year of operation, Gail has listed and sold more than 60 homes in Black Rock, including luxury homes up to $1.55 million in sales price.  She continues to focus on bringing buyers to Black Rock from other areas of Fairfield County as well as New York City.  To help buyers discover Black Rock, she sponsors the Black Rock Community Blog  as well as the Black Rock Real Estate Blog .   In fact, the Black Rock Real Estate blog had more visitors from NYC than from any town in Connecticut (5,468 visitors in 2013 with 709 visitors from NYC).  By connecting Black Rock with New Yorkers, she hope to establish the Black Rock community as a great location from which to commute to Manhattan using the new train station. 

There are now over 600 subscribers to her real estate e-mail updates.  Her listings are featured in these e-mails as well as on all six of her websites and her social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Plus.  This year she was awarded the Connecticut Magazine Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent award for 2014, which is based on customer satisfaction surveys, ranking her in the top 6% of Connecticut real estate agents for client satisfaction.

Gail is also known for her landscape photography, which is featured on her Black Rock Connecticut FaceBook site and has over 1,800 fans.  She was a finalist in the 2014 Source Coffeehouse photo contest. She also does the interior architectural photography on many of her listings using an ultrawide angle Pentax lens and Pentax camera, small flash photography, and post processing to produce HDR (High Dynamic Range) photos that draw attention on the Internet.
