I have to tell you a bit about my market. You have an average DOM for the Swarthmore, Delaware County Area of 50 days, well my area is much different. Last year in Delta County, CO we sold a total of 565 properties. That is in all catagories. Our average DOM is much longer. That is all agents and all sales in my county.
