These are both nifty tools. Attending different home shows is a good idea to see the trends in building practices and designs.

Thanks for taking a look, I agree there are always so many cool products that have new building applications and if you don't keep current you could be missing a better solution for your building or real estate needs

Good information.....both would be useful.....especially the kwikset smartkey............

That smart key looks great.  I do a lot of property management and we always change the locks between tenants.  This would save time and money.
