Speechless Sunday - I Love Brick Patios
I love brick patios. I guess that is why in 1980 when I bought this home I had the concrete patio replaced with this nice Chattahoochee brick patio. After living there 15 years I moved to a larger home with a basement and kept this home as a rental. Now about 35 years later it is time to sell and this Roswell Home is being listed for Sale. But Saturday I had the brick patio stripped and resealed and it looks almost new.
Robert, your homes looks impeccably maintained! The entire exterior looks as new as the brick finish! I like the contrast of the colors and materials.
Robert, it does look impeccable and the brick patio was an excellent investment. For a one-time expense, it still looks new 35 years later.
Robert, it looks awesome! I am considering covering my concrete porch and walk way to our house with brick. Local brick from a torn down building...but don't tell Larry yet, because I haven't mentioned it to him...
Sharons thanks, it responded very well to a major spruce up after my tenant of seven years moved. Evelyn, lol, I am sure Larry will love it!
Robert, it looks wonderful. We have a deck and I would prefer a brick patio too!
