• February, 2014: Bonsall Median Home Price $689,000; 51% higher than February, 2013

• February, 2014: Bonsall Homes Sold: 3; 50% higher than February, 2013

  Bonsall Condos and Townhomes

• March, 2014: Bonsall Condos for Sale: 4 (Active, contingent, and pending)

• March, 2014: Bonsall Months of Inventory (Condos): 2.7

• February, 2014: Bonsall Median Condo Price: $287,000; 7% no change from February, 2013

• February, 2014: Bonsall Condos Sold: 0; no change from February, 2013
