My Granddaughter's Bridal Shower Was Today...Next One On Long Island

My Granddaughter, Brittany Tvelia, had a bridal shower today that I hosted for her at InContro in Franklin MA. It's a wonderful Italian Restaurant, and the menu included appetizers of shrimp cocktail, four different types of chicken wings, trays of pizza and chicken teryaki. The main menu was a rigatoni dish and caesar salad. Dessert was a cupcake bridal cake and chocolate covered gigantic strawberries.

Brittany and Normand will be married on May 3rd, and we've all been planning this formal evening wedding for over a year. I'm also giving Brittany a shower on Long Island for the Tvelia family members to attend. That will held on March 29th at The Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip, New York.

James....you're right...I had one of everything .....no cake ...no pizza or anything with white flour.... I was full and very comfortable....not a down side.... it's a way of life...I can't fit all the food everyone else ate and I'm sooooo thankful for that "safety"..... I am always very mindful of what I eat and how much of it I eat....
