The prices have ranged from a high of $1,150,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 2,872 sq foot condo at Jupiter Yacht Club to a low of $165,000 for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom - 860 sq foot condo at SeaRise. The average days on market for these 44 properties was 222 days. The average selling price was $355.098 and the average list price was $408,573. So the average selling price to list price discount was 15%!
There are currently 285 condos on the market between the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean in Jupiter including 11 condos that are currently under contract.
