Wyoming VA Loan Limits for 100% no down financing 2015

Wyoming VA Loan Limits for 2015 remain at $417K for most Wyoming Counties.   However, Teton County sports a High Balance VA Loan Limit of $625K for Zero Down VA Loan financing for 2015.

Teton county Vets can purchase a home up to $625K with a Zero Down VA Jumbo Loan (aka VA High Balance, or VA Super Conforming).  In Teton County,  Vets can also exceed the County VA Loan Limit of $625K, with a down payment of 25% of the overage beyond $625K.  For example,  if a Teton County, WY Veteran wanted to purchase a $1,025,000 home,  the minimum down payment for a VA Jumbo Loan would be $100K.  under 10% down.  

Veterans with a 10% or higher VA Disability rating are exempt from the VA funding Fee.   This can save you thousands of dollars on a new VA or VA Jumbo Loan. 

All other Wyoming Counties have a VA 100% Loan Limit of $417K.   We also allow Wyoming Veterans in these counties to exceed the VA Loan Limit with an accompanying down payment of 25% of the difference.  So a $617K Wyoming VA Home Purchase would require just $50K down payment.
