The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Heronwood Neighborhood are generally going to range between 1700 and 2700 square feet under air. Most of the homes were originally built back in the late 1980's and are concrete block construction. Since then, many of the homes have been extensively updated and it's not uncommon to find homes that had significant additions, gourmet kitchens, or tropical pools and patios added on. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 2 bedrooms with a den, while the larger floor plans have a four bedroom layout. Nearly all of the homes are located on a lake with a water view or on the golf course with a golf view.
