On Top of the World is a 55+ Community that currently has 2 additional Community annexes, Candler Hills and Indigo East.  Both Candler Hills and Indigo East homeowners own their land as opposed to OTOW which is leasehold properties.  The benefits to leasehold is that Top of the World participates in the maintenance of both home and land!

Homeowner Association fees encompass quite a bit.  I will include these items in the next post.
