Superior People Take Responsible
“The superior man blames himself. The inferior man
blames others.”
Don Shula, Hall of Fame Football Coach
As I see it . . . . . . .
Superior people take responsible
Superior people give credit . . . . to people around them when they succeed . . . . and takes responsible when things go off track.
You won’t hear superior people making an excuse after a setback . . . . They will take responsible for what happened and will go on record on to correct the condition. Also they will do everything in their power to prevent it from reoccurring in the future.
A person grows into becoming a superior person through their actions . . . . and in staying in control of the conditions that come into their lives.
Superior people are a solution finder . . . . not a excuse maker.
When you need something done with excellence . . . . seek out the superior person in their profession . . . . and you will have found the person to get the job done for you.
Superior people take responsible . . . . for what they do and for what has to be done. They earn their reputation through their actions
