Sharing PDF files to document sharing sites is a great content marketing strategy, but NOT smart when you are a real estate broker exposing confidential client financial information and violating privacy laws.
What some agents may think is clever short sale marketing is dangerous invasion of home seller and home buyer privacy, and it's more common than most people realize.
