Oakland County Michigan real estate values up 18.1% in February 2014
Great news! The median sales price in Oakland County Michigan is up 18.1% and is now at $165,000 according to new data released today by Realcomp MLS. This compares to a median sales price of $139,770 in February of 2013.
The average days on market for the entire MLS decreased from last year by 25 days, from 84 to 59.
