Recent Summerset Home Price trends look a little more stable; (In fact it would appear that the prices are dropping some.) but it is hard to get a trend due to the small number of sales. The Inventory is one month or less, which is considered a very strong Sellers market. I suspect that more lower end homes are coming onto the market and being snatched up; making the over all numbers look like they are heading down.
