Earlier this week I got the following text message from a past client:
It's always so nice to be appreciated for what we do. It's even nicer when it comes out of the blue, like this text message did.
In the message she's referring to the HUD-1 that we sent her after the closing, with a note to keep this for tax purposes. It's something simple that we do for every transaction.

Yes, it is indeed. I received a hundred dollar gift card for my favorite restaurant from clients at my last closing.
